摘要
研究了具有[001]、[011]和[111]取向以及[001]附近取向的DD407单晶高温合金经过热处理后,在760℃温度下的拉伸性能。结果表明,该合金具有明显的拉伸性能各向异性:[001]取向上表现出了最高的屈服强度和抗拉强度;当取向逐渐偏离[001]时,强度开始降低,但在相同的偏离角度内,偏向[111]取向的试样具有比偏向[011]取向的试样高的拉伸性能;[011]取向表现出了最低的抗拉强度和伸长率;[111]取向表现出了最高的断后伸长率。[001]取向、[011]取向以及[001]取向附近的试样,变形机制为八面体滑移,其中[001]取向和[001]取向附近偏向[111]的试样均表现出了明显的双滑移;[111]取向试样变形时启动了立方滑移系。双滑移系的启动导致了[001]取向具有高于[011]取向的抗拉强度和伸长率。立方滑移的均匀性导致了[111]取向上高的伸长率。
Tensile properties of Ni-base single crystal superalloy DD407 oriented in ,, and near were tested at 760℃ after heat treatment.The results show significant tensile anisotropy.The ultimate tensile strength and yield strength were highest in orientation and became lower when orientation deviated from .However,with the same deviation degrees,specimens' deviated to showed higher tensile properties than those deviated to .The greatest elongation was showed in ,the lowest ultimate tensile strength and elongation were showed in .For the specimens oriented in , and near ,the deformation behavior is consistent with octahedral slip systems,furthermore,specimens in and specimens deviated from to are usually deformed by two activated slip systems before rupture.For the oriented specimen,the deformation behavior accords with cube slip system.The activation of double slip systems in oriented specimens contributes to its higher ultimate tensile strength and elongation than oriented ones.The homogeneity of cube slip contributes to the highest elongation in oriented crystals.
