摘要
利用X射线衍射的方法测定取向硅钢易磁化方向[001]晶向对轧制方向(RD)的偏离角α和β。通过测定(110)晶面在轧面内的转动角度,以及其对轧面的倾斜角度,并根据晶体结构中(110)晶面与[001]晶向的关系,得到[001]晶向相对于轧向的偏离角α和β。对某取向硅钢中的4个晶粒的α和β角进行了测定,并提出了计算α和β角平均值的方法。
The method was proposed to determine the deviation angles αandβ of individual crystalline grain in grain-oriented (GO) silicon steel The method was based on the information of X-ray diffraction from (110) crystalline plane of individual grain, and the relationship between (110) crystalline plane and the [001] crystalline direction in GO silicon steel. The angles αandβ of four crystalline grains in a kind of GO silicon steel were measured. A method to get the average values of angles αandβ of many grains was suggested.
