摘要
采用半干料压缩成型工艺制备多孔性胶粉聚苯颗粒材料,采用高温蒸汽养护获得空腔共振吸声微结构;在压缩比为0.75条件下研究了水泥、纤维与乳胶粉掺量对胶粉聚苯颗粒材料干密度和抗压、抗折强度的影响,对比分析了自然养护和高温养护对材料吸声性的影响。研究表明,聚苯颗粒用量1528 cm3,水泥掺量为300~600 g时,胶粉聚苯颗粒材料的干密度为0.33~0.65 g/cm3,纤维和乳胶粉可明显提高材料的抗折强度;适当的水泥用量对吸声性有利,吸声性较好的多孔性材料经高温蒸汽养护能够更明显地提高多数频率下的吸声系数,而对吸声性不高的多孔性材料的吸声系数影响不大。
Porosity material is prepared by ways of compressive molding and using nonplastic adhesive polystyrene composite.Cavum resonate microstructure is observed adopt to steam curing.The effects of dosages of cement,fibre and re-dispersible latex on dry density,compressive and flexure strengths are investigated with 0.75 compressive ratios.Sound absorbability is parallel analyzed after nature and steam curing.Results show the range of dry density is from 0.33 to 0.65 g/cm3 when dosage of adhesive polystyrene is 1528 cm3,dosage of cement is from 300 to 600 g during this experiment.Fiber and latex advances flexure strength evidently.Advisable dosage of cement is favorable to sound absorbability.Steam curing is able to increase sound absorption coefficients of the porosity material with higher sound absorbability at most frequencies,and affects the sample with lower sound absorbability little.
