摘要 泡沫材料是一种性能优良的环保吸声材料。以泡沫混凝土的成型工艺为基础,辅之以分散性良好的增强剂聚丙烯纤维,再加以一定的辅助材料,研制出一种新型水泥基复合吸声材料。该工艺简单、新颖,改变了以往单纯依靠水泥浆体胶结骨料,产生少量连通孔隙的传统做法。产品吸声性能优越、成本低、对环境无污染。结果表明:纤维掺量、泡沫掺量及材料背后空腔对吸声性能有显著影响。 Foam is a good kind of sound absorption material.A new type of sound absorbing material based on the technics of foam cement was made from Portland cement;Polypropylene fibre and any other supplementary substances.This simple and original technics altered old method that create connected pore merely through bonding the aggregate with cement mortar.The titled material showed the characteristics of good sound absorption,low cost of preparation and non-pollution to the environment.The effect of some factors such as the range of the content of fibre and foam,the thickness of rear vacancy was investigated experimentally,the results of which showed their significant influence.
