摘要
目的:建立HPLC同时测定血栓心脉宁片中芦丁与丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:选用AgilentHC-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.5%甲酸(30∶9∶61),流速为0.7mL·min-1,检测波长为257nm。结果:丹酚酸B在0.207~2.07μg与峰面积呈良好线性(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.0%(n=6);芦丁在0.2028~2.028μg与峰面积呈良好线性(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于血栓心脉宁片中芦丁与丹酚酸B含量测定,以控制该制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish an new assay method for rutin and Salvianolic acid B in xueshuan xinmaining tablets by HPLC. Methods: The AgilentHC-C18 column (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was adopted with a mobile phase of Methanol-acetonitrile -0. 5% formic acid(30: 9:61 ), the flow rate was 0. 7 mL · min^-1 , the wavelength of detection was set at 257 rim. Results: Salvianolic acid B's linearity was obtained within the range of 0. 207 -2. 07 txg (r =0. 999 6), and the average recovery(n = 6) was 98.6 %, and RSD was 1.0 %. Rutin's linearity was obtained within the range of 0.2028 -2.028μg (r =0.999 9), and the average recovery(n =6) was 99.5 %, and RSD was 0.5 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of xueshuanxinmaining tablets.
