摘要
目的:分离筛选驱虫斑鸠菊中具有抗肿瘤活性的化学成分。方法:利用生物活性追踪的方式,采用溶剂法、高速逆流色谱技术及柱色谱法对驱虫斑鸠菊成熟果实进行抗肿瘤化学成分的分离筛选。结果:分离并确定了4个化合物的结构,分别为紫铆素、紫铆查尔酮、5,6,7,4'-四羟基黄酮、圣草酚,其中化合物圣草酚为从该植物中首次分离获得;同时经MTT法测定,紫铆素和紫铆查尔酮对黑色素瘤细胞株(B16、A375)均有抑制作用,且IC50值小于10μg·mL-1。结论:本文结果为进一步探讨驱虫斑鸠菊药材在抗肿瘤方面的作用提供了依据。
Objective:The antitumorous activity components were isolated from Vernonia anthelmintica Willd. Methods: Vernonia anthelmintica Willd was isolated and studied by means of HSCCC and bioactive screened method. Results: Nine compounds were obtained and they were elucidated as butin, butein, 5, 6, 7, 4'-tetrahydroxyflavone, 5, 7, 3', 4'- tetrahydroxyflavanone. The 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavanone was obtained firstly from Vernonia anthelmintica Willd. It was showed that butin and butein had inhibition of proliferation of cell lines (B16, A375)in vitro. IC50 is smaller than 10ug · mL^-1 Conclusion: The study provided the basis for the anti-tumor effect on Vernonia anthelmintica Willd.
