摘要
以TG-DTA和XRD为分析测试手段,对高温下AlN-ZrO2-N2系统中存在的主要化学反应进行研究。XRD分析结果显示:从室温到1500℃,AlN-ZrO2-N2系统中主要分别存在生成Zr7O8N4、Al2O3、ZrN和ZrAl3O3N的四种反应;TG-DTA分析结果表明:这些反应约分别发生在1130℃之前,1130~1450℃,和1450℃之后。通过TG-DTA,XRD的分析结果和热力学计算,分别提出了这些相的生成反应方程式。
Main chemical reactions in AlN-ZrO2-N2 systems were analysed by TG-DTA and XRD.XRD analysis results show that there exists four main chemical reactions of phase formation of Zr7O8N4,Al2O3,mixture ZrN and Al2O3,and ZrAl3O3N in AlN-ZrO2-N2 system from room temperature to 1500 oC.TG-DTA analysis show that these reactions exist approximately below 1130 oC,between 1130 oC and 1450 oC,and over 1450 oC,respectively.According to analysis results of TG-DTA,XRD and thermodynamic calculation,the reaction equations are proposed,respectively.
