摘要
目的探讨护理干预对胃癌术后早期肠内营养患者生存质量的影响。方法选择2010年1月~2011年7月入住我院治疗的38例符合纳入条件的胃癌术后患者为研究对象,护理干预后应用生存质量测定量表简表进行调查。结果接受护理干预后的患者生存质量较接受干预前有所好转(P<0.01)。结论胃癌术后实施早期肠内营养,能显著改善患者营养状况和生存质量。
Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with postoperative gastric cancer undergoing early nutrition. Methods 38 inpatients with postoperative gastric cancer were Choosed from January 2010 to July 2011.Quality of Life Scale summary table was used after nursing intervention. Result The quality of life of patients after nursing intervention were better than before the intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P0.01). Conclusion Quality of life of patients with postoperative gastric cancer is not good.Nursing intervention may improve level of quality of life conditions.Nursing intervention should be used with care of patients with postoperatinegastric cancer.
