摘要
目的:探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养的临床效果及护理措施。方法:术晨置胃管时同时置入胃肠营养管于胃内,术中医生将营养管置于吻合口下方20~30cm处,术后输入能全力4~6天并给予相应护理。结果:本组146例营养支持4~6天,出现轻度腹痛、腹胀12例,7例较术前体重减轻,切口一期愈合,平均住院14.5天。结论:早期肠内营养有利于胃癌术后患者的康复,耐心细致的护理是保证营养计划的顺利完成,也是减少并发症的关键。
Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome and the nursing intervention of early enteral nutritional support for the patients with gastric carcinoma after operation. Methods:The surgeon placed jejunum nutrient catheter about 20-30 centimeters under anastomotic stoma during the operation which gastric canal was placed.The medical personnel infused Intacted Protein Enteral Nutrition for 4-6 d by the jejunum nutrient catheter and provided these patients with necessary nursing care after operation. Results:Among 146 patients with nutritional support,there were 12 patients occurring slightly abdominal pain and abdominal distension,and 5 weight loss than preoperation. All patients stayed in hospital for average 14.5 d, and their operative incision were primary healing. Conclusion:Early enteral nutritional support is advantageous for recovery of patients with gastric carcinoma after operation, and careful nusing is a key for finishing nutrition planning and reducing complication.
