摘要
目的探讨应用循证护理在降低机械通气患者呼吸机依赖中的作用。方法选择在本科室住院的64例机械通气患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各32例。两组患者均采用传统护理方法进行护理,实验组在此基础上引进循证护理理念进行护理。比较两组患者机械通气时间的差异。结果实验组患者机械通气时间(33.12±10.21)d,较对照组(87.21±12.77)d短,两组比较,t=-4.83,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用循证护理方法对机械通气患者实施护理,可以调整患者异常的心理和生理状态,从而缩短患者机械通气时间,降低机械通气患者对呼吸机的依赖。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on ventilator dependence of the mechanical ventilation patient. Methods 64 hospitalized patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in equal number. The patients in both groups were treated with traditional nursing care. The experimental group were nursed by introducing the concept of evidence- based nursing. The two groups were compared in the duration Of mechanical ventilation. Results The duration for mechanical ventilation in the experimental group （33.12 ± 10.21）d was significantly shorter than that of the control group （87.21 ± 12.77）d （t = -4.83, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Application of evidence-based nursing in the patients undergoing mechanical ventilation may be helpful for the adjustment of the abnormal psychological and physiological state. It may shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and reduce the ventilator dependence of mechanical ventilation.
