苏云金芽孢杆菌杀虫蛋白基因定位研究进展

摘要 苏云金芽孢杆菌是目前应用最广泛的杀虫微生物,其活性成分主要是杀虫晶体蛋白、营养期杀虫蛋白和几丁质酶等,本文对编码这些蛋白的基因的定位作一综述,有助于进一步研究基因结构、功能、表达和调控. The leading biological pesticide such as Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), is a kind of ubiquitous bacterium, which forms parasporal crystals during the stationary period of its growth cycle. In addition to these crystal-associated toxic proteins, some novel insecticidal proteins including chitinases and vegetative insecticidal proteins (VIPs) have also been identified. The localization of these Bt genes is reviewed in this paper in order to further study the structure, function, expression and regulation of these protein genes.
