摘要
目的:了解我院近5年来口服中枢性镇痛药使用情况并分析其趋势,为防止药物滥用、科学管理及临床合理使用提供参考。方法:通过医院HIS系统提取2005—2010年每年第4季度我院口服中枢性镇痛药各品种的总用量、使用总天数、恶性肿瘤患者总病例数等数据资料,同时以WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频率(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)等为指标进行统计分析。结果:我院就诊恶性肿瘤患者病例数逐年增加;使用量方面,羟考酮缓释片、弱阿片类和吗啡片使用量逐年增加,而吗啡控释片呈下降趋势。其药物利用指数为:弱阿片类、小规格羟考酮控释片及吗啡片DUI<1,吗啡控释片、较大规格羟考酮缓、控释片DUI>1。结论:我院口服中枢性镇痛药使用基本合理,不存在滥用现象。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and tendency of the use of oral central analgesics in recent 5 years（2005-2010） in our hospital for clinical references in preventing drug abuse,scientific management and clinical rational use.METHODS： The data including total consumption amount and number of days of analgesic use and total number of cancerous patients etc in our hospital between 2005 and 2010 were retrieved from hospital HIS system and statistically analyzed by using defined daily dose（DDD）,DDDs and drug utilization index（DUI） and so on recommended by WHO as indexes.RESULTS： The number of cancerous patients seen in our hospital increased year by year.The consumption amount of oxycodone extended-release tablets,weak opioids and morphine tablets increased year by year,while that of the controlled-release morphine tablets showed a declining trend.DUI1 was noted in weak opioid,small specification of oxycodone sustained-release tablets and morphine tablets while DUI1 in morphine controlled-release tablets and the larger size oxycodone extended release tablets.CONCLUSION： The use of oral analgesics in our hospital was rational on the whole without presence of drug abuse phenomenon.
