Characteristics of short-range heart rate variability in sub-health

摘要 目的探讨亚健康者的短程心率变异性和自主神经功能特征。方法对亚健康者的5min短程心率变异性的频域指标进行了观察,并与正常参考值对比分析。结果亚健康者的总功率、低频、低频标化、低频与高频的比值(LF/HF)均显著低于正常参考值;而高频标化则显著高于正常值。结论与正常人相比,亚健康者的自主神经功能总能量降低,且处于交感张力弱势,迷走张力相对强势,交感张力与迷走张力失平衡状态。 Objective To discuss the characteristics of short-range heart rate variability and autonomic neural function in sub-health.Methods Five minutes short-range heart rate variability was measured in 48 sub-health persons.We observed the frequency domain parameters,and compared these parameters with the normal value.Results In the frequency domain parameters,the total power,LF,LFnorm and LF/HF were all significantly lower than normal,while HFnorm was significant higher than normal.Conclusions Compared with normal people,the autonomic neural function of sub-health was in lower total energy,weaker sympathetic tone,relative advantage of vagal tone,and imbalance state of sympathetic and vagal tone.
