摘要
目的:探讨心率变异性(HRV)作为运动训练监控指标的可能性。方法:应用线性和非线性动力学方法,对12名中长跑运动员安静状态、递增负荷运动及运动后恢复阶段各12 min的HRV应用Polar RS800进行记录分析。结果:随运动强度递增,时域指标平均RR、SDNN、心率变异系数(SDNN/HR)较安静状态显著下降(P<0.05),运动结束后明显恢复,其中SDNN恢复最快。运动过程中RMSSD、PNN50显著下降,且持续到运动后(P<0.05)。运动及恢复过程中,频域指标TP持续升高,LF、HF持续下降,LF/HF比值上升,VLF、LFn.u.呈上升趋势,HFn.u.呈下降趋势。非线性分析表明,安静状态庞加莱散点图呈彗星状,而运动中和运动后变为短棒状。结论:递增负荷运动导致中长跑运动员心率瞬时波动趋向减少,交感神经和迷走神经二者之间的平衡关系失衡,HRV下降,可以把HRV作为运动训练的无创监控指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of the heart rate variability(HRV),we analyses the characteristic during at rest,exercise and recovery phase by linearity and non-linear dynamics methods in order to explore the possibility the HRV as monitoring index.Methods:12 male middle-distance race athletes were record 12 min HR including at rest,exercise and recovery phase through Polar RS800.Results: With increasing load exercise,the RR,SDNN,SDNN/HR of time domain declined significantly compare to at rest and they recovered obviously with postexercise;In particularly,SDNN had no significant difference compare to at rest(P〉0.05);RMSSD,PNN50 decreased and still to remain after 12 min postexercise(P〉0.05).Frequency domain analyzed that TP increased all the time,LF,HF declined evidently,but the ratio of LF/HF was increased;In addition,VLF,LFn.u.rised and HFn.u.descended.Nonlinear results illustrated that poincare plot was comet formation at rest,but became short rod-shape during exercise and postexercise.Conclusion:The balance relation between nervus sympatheticus and vagus nerve was broken,HRV descend,so HRV can become one of monitoring training indices as without wound.
