摘要
与校园文化相比,大学文化的内涵更为丰富,影响更为广泛,所承载的更能体现一所大学文化的延续性和对社会文化创新的引领作用;但是很多高校对大学文化建设的内涵理解有偏差,因而存在缺乏规划、随机性大、盲目跟风、个性缺失等问题。解决这些问题,应正确认识大学文化建设的内涵和功能,把握其社会性;应有长远规划,建立长效机制;应遵循大学文化自身特性,把握文化建设重点;应正确审视处理大学文化建设中的多对关系,形成强大合力;应积极运用现代传播手段,丰富文化建设载体。
Compared with campus culture,university culture is richer in content,has more far-reaching effects,and more overtly represents the nature of a university in its inheritance and its guiding role in social and cultural innovation.Improper understanding of the connotation of university culture will lead to a series of problems.It is supposed that the inherent property of university culture per se should be observed,that different pairs of relationships should be properly handled,and that the carrier of university culture should be enlarged by means of modern communication platforms.
