摘要
从分析人们受文化环境影响的事实出发 ,论述了大学文化和大学文化传统的基本内涵以及大学文化的育人功能 ,并提出了构建大学先进文化的基本措施。
The paper discusses the basic intension of the culture and cultural tradition in colleges and universities and the function of educate its students from analysing the reality of people be reflected by cultural environment, points out some measures to build advanced culture in colleges and universities.
