摘要 PET/CT对淋巴瘤及相关肿瘤纵隔淋巴结转移的敏感度、特异性等均较高,但仍存一定的假阳性和假阴性。我们应用PET/CT分析1例肺癌合并淋巴结结核患者,误诊为淋巴结转移。
