纵隔淋巴瘤的螺旋CT表现 被引量：1

摘要 通过收集纵隔淋巴瘤患者29例,结合文献资料,对其胸部CT表现作回顾性分析,进一步提高对纵隔淋巴瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断水平。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料：本组资料共19例,男性11例,女性8例,年龄13～73岁,霍奇金病（HD）9例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）10例，平均年龄37岁。均经病理证实，其中2例伴发锁骨下淋巴结肿大，另外1例伴有腋窝淋巴结肿大。
