摘要
教师资格制度作为我国一种法定的教师职业准入制度,是选拔合格教师的主渠道。我国教师资格制度应改革教师资格考试制度,加强教学实践,培养教育教学能力,打破教师资格的终身制以及细化教师资格证书来进行重构,从而适应新时期教育的要求,提高教育质量,促进教师专业化发展。
Teacher qualification system, as a legalized teacher professional admittance system in China, is the main way to select qualified teachers.China＇s teacher qualification system should reform the system of teacher qualification test,strengthen teaching practice, cultivate teachers＇ teaching ability, break the lifelong system of teacher qualification,and refine teacher credentials in order to reconstruct it,thus adapts to the request of education in the new time,improves education quality,and promotes teachers＇ specialization development.
