摘要
目的分析安徽省麻疹预防控制进程与存在的问题,提出全省实现消除麻疹目标对策与建议。方法对1950～2010年麻疹疫情报告数据,采用流行病学方法进行分析。结果安徽省的麻疹预防控制工作可以分为5个时期:自然感染期、计划免疫前期、计划免疫期、加速控制期、消除前期,1978年实施儿童计划免疫,通过采取接种麻疹疫苗为主的综合性防治措施,麻疹疫情得到了有效控制,但在预防措施上仍存在一些需要加强和提高的环节。结论安徽省通过实施以接种麻疹疫苗为主的综合性预防措施,有效降低了麻疹发病率和病死率,麻疹预防控制工作取得了显著成效。要实现消除麻疹的目标,需要采取积极有效的科学应对措施。
Objective To analyze the course of measles control and prevention and its existing problems in Anhui province,and propose the countermeasures and suggestions for achieving the goal of measles elimination in whole province.Method Using epidemiological method,data of reported measles cases from 1950 to 2010 was analyzed.Results The work of measles control and prevention in Anhui province could be divided into five periods,that is,the natural infection period,the pre-vaccine period,the EPI period,the accelerated control period and the pre-elimination period respectively.Since EPI on children was implemented in 1978,the measles outbreaks had been controlled effectively by taking the comprehensive control measures which focused on measles vaccination,but,so far as the some measures still need to be enhanced and improved.Conclusion By taking the comprehensive control measures which focused on measles vaccination,the incidence and the mortality of measles in Anhui province declined effectively,and the work of measles control and prevention had got obvious achievements.Active,effective and scientific countermeasures need to be taken to achieve the goal of measles elimination.
