摘要
探讨中医治疗颈椎病的思路与方法。通过分析中医对颈椎病病因病机的认识 ,可概括为肾气不足、劳倦内伤、外感邪毒和跌仆损伤而致病 ,提出颈椎病在中医可分为颈背肩臂痛证、痿证、眩晕证三类 ,同时对颈椎病的中医疗法做了析要 ,分析了中医各种疗法的优势和不足。指出应针对不同的证型 ,采取优势互补、联合治疗的方案以提高临床疗效。
The thoughts and methods of treating cervical spondylosis by Chinese medicine was investigated.Through analyzing the etiology and the pathogenesis of the cervical spondylosis,asthenia of kidney,internal impairment caused by over stain,exogenous evil and injury were the causes of the cervical spondylosis.According to traditional Chinese medicine,cervical spondylosis were further divided into three groups:first group,neck dorsal shoulder and arm pain syndrome,Second group flaccidity syndrome,third group:dizziness syndrome.At the same time,all kinds of therapy for cervical spondylosis in troditional Chinese medicine were analyzed and their superiority and insufficient were summarized.Combined treating policy should be used at the same time for each syndrome so as to make up for each others deficiencies and improve the clinical curative.
