96例实施辅助生殖大龄女性心理状况和对策研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的:了解大龄白领高资女性进行辅助生殖内心深处的感受以及提供全方位护理。方法:采用一对一私密访谈,填写自我症状量表(Scl-90自评量表)进行对比测评分析。结果:进行辅助生殖妇女心理状况明显差于正常育龄妇女,与全国女性常模比各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。96例大龄女3次及以上实施辅助授孕手术中,重度焦虑者达80人,为83.34%,其中中度焦虑57人(59.38%),重度焦虑23人(23.96%)。结论:对高龄女实施辅助生殖技术治疗过程中应提供全方位心理支持和护理帮助。
