摘要
本文立足于武警警种学院地质类任职教育的特点,从现代教育观、教学体系、师资队伍、教学方法、考核体系等五个方面探讨了任职教育教学模式。任职教育已成为武警警种学院教育的主体,部队建设是地质类任职培育赖以生存的土壤,胜任岗位需求是检验其教育质量的最佳标准。
Based on the characteristics of geological career-oriented education, this article mainly discussed the teaching mode from five aspects as modem teaching view, teaching system, teaching staff, teaching methods, and evaluation system .Career-oriented education has become the subject of education for Category Institute of CAPF. Demand of troops construction is the survival soil of geological career-oriented education and post competence is to best standards to test education quality.
