摘要
探寻、设定、构建、发展和评价"人类永久记忆客观知识精华社会机制"这一"核心论域"是新时期图书馆学基础理论研究的重要任务。应建立图书馆运动的独特价值目标体系,确立"知识本体观"思维,积极培育人文精神,重点发展社会机制,探索建立专属智慧科学。"永久建立客观知识关联"是图书馆的基本运动规律。应秉持"计算主义"路线,开发微计算技术,通过建立语义和语用层面的客观知识关联,努力把图书馆建设成为"人类永久记忆客观知识精华"的"创造性的关联与协同者"。
It is an important task to explore, set up, build, develop and evaluate the core domain of ＂the social mechanism of permanently humanity memory essence of objective knowledge＂ for basic theory research of contemporary library science. We should establish a unique value target system of library movement and cogitation of knowledge ontology, actively cultivate the human spirit, focus on the development of social mechanism and explore the proprietary wisdom science. It is the basic law to permanently establish humanity objective knowledge relations for library movement. We should uphold the ideological way of computationalism, develop micro - computing technology and set up objective knowledge relating on semantic and pragmatic levels, in order to establish library as ＂ a creative subject of relating and synergy＂ of ＂the social mechanism of permanently humanity memory essence of objective knowledge＂ .
