间歇低流量吸氧对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨间歇低流量吸氧对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的临床疗效。方法 116例血管性痴呆患者分为治疗组(n=58)和对照组(n=58)。两组均接受常规药物治疗,治疗组同时加用间歇低流量吸氧治疗。治疗前、治疗后8周和16周采用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价临床疗效。结果治疗后8周,治疗组MMSE和ADL评分与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后16周,治疗组MMSE和ADL评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论间歇低流量吸氧能改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能,提高生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent low flow oxygen inhalation on cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia.Methods 116 cases of vascular dementia were divided into treatment group(n=58) and control group(n=58).Both groups received the routine drugs,and the treatment group received intermittent low flow oxygen inhalation in addition.They were assessed with the Mini Mental Statement Examination(MMSE) and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) before and 8,16 weeks after treatment.Results There was not significant difference between groups in scores of MMSE and ADL 8 weeks after treatment,but was 16 weeks after treatment(P〈0.01).Conclusion Intermittent low flow oxygen inhalation can improve the cognitive function and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia.
