摘要
目的:对1979年6月至2011年6月中国期刊全文数据库(源于CNKI)收录的用中医、中西医结合治疗疣文献的中药进行分析,寻找其用药规律。方法:对符合选择标准的文献用药,按照标准术语收集整理归类,采用SPSS 17.0对药物使用频次分布进行统计处理。结果:共用药物196味,分为18类,清热药最多,活血化瘀药次之。其中内服药物151味,前15味药依次为薏苡仁、板蓝根、红花、牡蛎、大青叶、紫草、甘草、马齿苋、赤芍、黄芪、木贼、香附、当归、莪术、夏枯草;外用药物有146味,前15味药依次为板蓝根、薏苡仁、香附、木贼、红花、大青叶、紫草、马齿苋、牡蛎、苦参、鸦胆子、白矾、莪术、黄酒、桃仁。结论:对近30 a中医临床治疗疣用药的分析结果可为该病的治疗和研究提供有用的参考。
Objective：To explore the law of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment for verruca through analysis on frequency of Chinese drugs from literature collected in CNKI from June 1979 to June 2011.Methods：Chinese drugs which appeared in the selected literature were collected,normalized and classified according to terminology standard,and the frequency distribution of the drugs was analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results：There were totally 196 kinds of Chinese drugs,which were classified into 18 main categories in which heat-clearing drugs were the first,the second was drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There were 151 kinds of drugs for oral administration,in which the 15 commonly used drugs were Semen Coicis,Radix Isatidis,Carthami Flos,Ostreae Concha,Isatidis Folium,Arnebiae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Portulacae Herba,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Astragali Radix,Equiseti Hiemalis Herba,Cyperi Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Curcumae Rhizoma,Prunellae Spica.Radix Isatidis,Semen Coicis,Cyperi Rhizoma,Equiseti Hiemalis Herba,Carthami Flos,Isatidis Folium,Arnebiae Radix,Portulacae Herba,Ostreae Concha,Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,Bruceae Fructus,Alumen,Curcumae Rhizoma,Vinum,Persicae Semen were mostly used in 146 kinds of the topical drugs for external treatment.Conclusion：The analysis results of verruca medication rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinic in recent 30 years may provide useful references to the treatment and study of this disease.
