随着知识时代的到来,信息焦虑成为一个广受关注的话题。文章对信息焦虑的概念与测量进行总结,分析信息焦虑的成因和消极影响,探讨信息焦虑的调适策略。
With advent of information epoch, the information anxiety becomes a hot topic. This paper introduces the concept and measurement of information anxiety, analyzes its origin and negative influences, and explores the proper methods to its adjustment.
