摘要
目的观察负压封闭吸引技术(VSD)在特殊部位创面植皮中的应用效果。方法特殊部位创面植皮后,以VSD材料外固定,观察皮片成活率。结果临床应用39例,皮片固定可靠,成活率98%,明显优于传统方法。结论 VSD技术对特殊部位创面植皮能起到良好的加压、固定和引流作用,有效提高植皮的成活率。
Objective To obseve the application effect of VSD in specific parts of wound skin grafting. Methods Special site wounds were received skin grafting, with VSD material used as external fixation, then skin graft survival rate was observed after the surgery. Results For clinical application of 39 cases, skin graft fixation was reliable, survival rate was 98%, which was significantly better than the traditional method. Conclusion The effect of VSD technology on special parts of the wound skin grafting can be shown through a good pressure, fixed and drainage effect, and effectively improving the survival rate of skin graft.
