摘要
本文在研读美国著名大学战略规划的基础上,以康奈尔大学发展规划(2010-2015)为例详细剖析了其体例结构,梳理了其愿景、使命、核心价值、到实施评估的战略路径,并从组织管理学的角度论述了其资源调配的合理性和多目标推进的统一性,最后归纳出若干行文准则,以供我国研究型大学参照借鉴。
This article analyzes the structure style of Cornell University based on previous strategy planning studies on famous universities in the United States.Furthermore,we illustrate in detail the rational distribution of resources and the integration of multi-objective development in Cornell University from the perspective of management.After considering the vision,mission,and core value of the Cornell University,and how it implements assessments on them,we also listed several rules as valuable experiences and criteria for Chinese universities to refer.
