摘要
在分析广西秸秆综合利用科技现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了广西秸秆综合利用科技发展的总体思路、重点和主要任务。从组织领导、机制创新、资金投入、人才培养和合作交流等5个方面提出了加快广西秸秆综合利用科技发展的对策措施。
On the basis of analysis to the status and problems of straw comprehensive utilization technology in Guangxi,proposed the general idea,key points and main tasks for the development of straw comprehensive utilization technology in Guangxi.Proposed countermeasures to accelerate the development of straw comprehensive utilization technology in Guangxi from 5 points such as organization and leadership,mechanism innovation,fund input,personnel training and cooperation and exchange.
