摘要
随着越来越多的天然产物环二肽被发现,人们对其各种生物活性的研究也随之增多。本文综述了近20年来,在环二肽及其类似物生物活性方面的研究进展,其中主要包括:胞间信息传递、抑制毒素、促癌细胞凋亡和镇痛作用等。
As more and more natural product,cyclic dipeptides,are discovered,the research on different kinds of bioactivities in cyclic dipeptides is increasing.this article reviews the researching development on the bioactivity of cyclodipeptied and its analogue in recent 20 years,including cell-to-cell signal dissemination,suppressing toxin,cell apoptosis,analgesic activity etc.
