水稻苗期耐冷性鉴定技术的研究 被引量:16

摘要 据杭州27年的气象资料、生产实践以及自然和人工控温条件下的耐冷性试验,籼稻苗期耐冷性鉴定的适宜处理条件为3叶期于10℃(昼)/6℃(夜)低温下连续处理7天或6叶期在同样温度下连续处理5天,并以秧苗卷叶程度确定其耐冷性。64份早籼品种的耐冷性表明,同一品种,3叶期和6叶期的耐冷性存在显著差异,一般6叶期弱于3叶期。根据不同叶龄期的耐冷性强弱,供试品种主要可以分为3强6强、3强6弱、3弱6强、3弱6弱4种类型。圭陆矮8号、矮南早39、早丰收等耐冷性较强,可用于早籼的耐冷性育种。 10/6℃ day/night low temperature, at 3 leaf stage for 7 days and 6 leaf stage for 5 days, -was suitable for evaluating cold tolerance ( CT ) of indica rice seedling, revealed by daily air temperatures during the seedling stage at Hangzhou ( 1951-1976 and 1987 ) , rice planting experience and test for CT under both natural and incubator low temperatures. The best criterion for CT might be the leaf rolling induced by low temperature. Test for CT of 64 first crop indica rice varieties indicated that a significant difference in CT was observed between 3 and 6 leaf stages, and that CT in 0 leaf stage was generally lower than that in 3 leaf stage. Tested varieties could be mainly divided by the CTs at 3 leaf and 6 leaf stages into four groups, i.e., tolerant both at 3 and 6 leaf stages, tolerant at 3 but susceptible at 6, susceptible at 3 but tolerant at 6, susceptible buth 3 and C leaf stages. Gui-lu-ai 8, Ai-nan-zao 39, Zao-feng-shou belong to the first group, and might be used to breeb cold tolerant first crop indica rice.
