摘要
当前,农村社区图书馆的发展速度不断加快、建设规模不断扩张,在注重发展速度和发展规模的同时,急需加强图书馆内涵建设。农村社区图书馆可以利用国家和地方政府促进农村经济社会和文化发展的优惠政策,大力加强图书馆软硬件和管理制度文化建设,进一步提升服务形式、服务内容和服务层次,引导并指导农民读书,提高农民文化知识水平和实用技能,进而提升农民整体素质和生活质量。
At present, the rural community library development speed become more quickly and its construction scale continu- ously extended. When we focus on the development pace and the development scale of it, the connotation construc- tion of rural community library are urgently needed. By using the preferential policy of national and local govern- ment promoting the development of rural economy and society and culture, rural community library need to vigor- ously strengthen the construction of library soft hardware and institutional level. Furthermore, to improve its service forms and its service contents and its service levels, to guide peasants to read, to improve the cultural and education- al level and the practical skills of the farmers, then, to raise the overall quality and the life quality of the farmers.
