摘要
综合利用多线程、DNC联网技术、网络通信技术和数据采集技术设计了一种集成DNC系统,实现DNC服务器与数控机床之间NC程序的双向传输和远程调用,对机床的加工状态进行实时监测采集,统计机床的利用率,对各类数控信息和生产信息进行妥善管理。
An integrated DNC system was designed by using multithreading, DNC networking, network communication and data acquisition technology. The system achieves NC program two-way transmission and remote call between DNC server and CNC machines. It monitors and collects the information about processing status of machines, and figure out their utilization. The system also manages many kinds of information about NC machine and production.
