摘要
将网络化DNC融入MES设备管理系统,可实现企业执行层与控制层之间信息交换和协同工作,已成为制造业网络化发展的必然趋势。分析了MES设备管理系统对网络化DNC的需求,针对工业现场的数控设备管理,提出了融入网络化DNC的MES设备管理系统体系结构。采用模块化设计结构,设计了系统的各功能模块,并详细论述了其关键技术,实现了控制命令及数控文件传输、数控程序管理和机床状态监控等功能。通过实例验证了网络化DNC在MES设备管理系统中的可行性和实用性。
After integrating networked DNC into M ES equipment management system, executive layer can exchange information and collaborate with control layer seamlessly, which has been the trend of modern manufacturing industry. This paper analyzed the requirement of networked DNC in MES equipment management system and proposed the system architecture for managing the NC devices in industrial field. Employing the modularization idea, the system functional modules are designed and the related technologies are discussed. The system implements the functions of control command and NC files transferring, NC program managing and machine state monitoring. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the system has been proved by practice.
