摘要
目的研究p53和HER-2在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化方法分析60例胃印戒细胞癌p53和HER-2的表达及其与临床病理的关系。结果 p53和HER-2蛋白在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达率分别为48.33%(29/60)和23.33%(14/60)。p53和HER-2的表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤部位无相关(P>0.05)。结论 p53和HER-2蛋白表达可能与胃印戒细胞的生长及淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To study the expressions of p53 and HER-2 in gastric signet cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of p53 and HER-2 were detected in 60 cases with gastric signet cell carcinoma.The relation between the expressions of p53 and HER-2 and clinical pathological charactistics were analyzed as well. Results The positive expression rates of p53 and HER-2 were 48.33%（29/60） and 23.33%（14/60） respectively.The expressions of p53 and HER-2 were correlated to the size,invantion and lymph node metastasis of the tumor（P0.05）,but not associated to age of patients and tumor location（P0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of p53 and HER-2 may facilitate the growth and lymph node metastasis of gastric signet cell carcinoma.
