Li_(3x)La_(2/3-x)TiO_3的合成及其对pH值响应灵敏度的影响

Synthesis and Influence of Li_(3x)La_(2/3-x)TiO_3 on pH Sensitivity

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,分别制得x=0.05、0.11、0.15的系列锂快离子导体陶瓷材料Li_3xLa_(2/3-x)TiO_3(以下简称LLTO)。应用X射线粉末衍射法对产物的结构和纯度予以表征,结果表明为钙钛矿型结构。在一定范围内其纯度随研磨时间、培烧时间及搅拌时间(采用溶胶-凝胶法)的增加而提高。将系列产物研磨、压片成型后应用于pH传感器,对水溶液中的氢离子浓度进行检测并比较其响应灵敏度,结果表明灵敏度随LLTO纯度的提高而增大。 The series compounds belonging to the lithium fast ion conductor ceramic materials Li_(3x)La_(2/3-x)TiO_3(LLTO for the shortened form) for x=0.05,0.11 and 0.15 were synthesized by the sol-gel method.The structure and purity of the products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction method, and they were perovskite structure.The purity of LLTO increased with the increasing of the milled time,the roasting time and churned time.The LLTO were suit for application as sensitive element for detecting the pH variation in aqueous solution as a potentiometric sensor after the products were milled and molded to pellet,then pH sensitivity was increased with the increasing of the purity of LLTO by comparison.
