摘要
文章通过研究我国质检机构客户关系管理现状,分析我国第一类质检机构客户关系管理的优势及存在的问题,并提出相应的改进建议。
The customer relationship management in quality inspection institutions was studied. Through a systemic analysis on the advantages and problems of inadequate attention to the customer relationship management in first kind quality inspec- tion institution, improvement suggestions were proposed.
