摘要
针对风力发电系统的运行要求,提出一种先进的状态监测与故障诊断系统,该系统以风力发电机组齿轮箱等设备的振动信号等实际测量信号作为信号源,利用自主研发的嵌入式微处理器对采样数据进行信号分析,并可通过远程计算机对机组运行状态进行在线监测;同时嵌入了视频、音频实时监控,可以实现工作人员对机组运行状态的全面、实时远程监控。该系统已在某风电场投入使用,其有效性和准确性得到了验证。
Operation conditions of wind turbine generator system request an advanced condition monitoring system that can predict the faults and help operators to make decisions.It uses vibration signals from gearboxes in wind farms as the signal source,conducts signal analysis to sampled data with self-developed embedded microprocessor,and monitors the operating parameters on line through remote computers;with the video-audio monitoring system,the operators can get the comprehensive,real-time remote monitoring of the operating status of the wind turbine.Now the system has been put into use,and the validity and the accuracy have been proved.
