Cd、Pb单一及复合污染对花叶冷水花生长的影响及其积累特性研究 被引量:34

摘要 以盆栽花叶冷水花为试验材料,用不同浓度的Cd、Pb单一及其复合处理,研究植物的生长变化及其体内Cd、Pb的积累和迁移。结果表明,随着Cd、Pb单一处理浓度的升高,花叶冷水花地上部和根部的干重以及根系耐性指数都表现为先增加后降低;Cd-Pb复合处理各浓度下,生物量均小于对照,根系耐性指数也逐渐变小。在3种处理条件下,花叶冷水花的叶、茎、根对Cd、Pb的吸收都表现为随着处理浓度的升高而上升的趋势,重金属在根内的积累量大于茎和叶;复合处理时,叶、茎、根对Cd、Pb的吸收量相比同水平单一处理时都有不同程度的提高,且地上部Pb迁移总量增幅较大,说明花叶冷水花对修复重金属复合污染的土壤具有一定潜力。 Using the method of pot culture,Pilea cadierei Gagnep.et Guill was treated under the stress with single and combined concentrations of Cd and Pb.The growth changes as well as accumulation and transference of Cd and Pb were studied.The results showed the that with the increasing of concentration of Cd and Pb respectively in single treatments,the aboveground dry weight,root dry weight and root tolerance index of P.cadierei Gagnep.et Guill were all first increased and then decreased.The biomass of P.cadierei Gagnep.et Guill under different concentrations of combined treatment by Cd and Pb were lower than that of CK,and root tolerance index gradually decreased.The contents of Cd and Pb in roots,stems and leaves went up with the increasing of concentrations of the heavy metals in all treatments,and the accumulated amount in roots was higher than that in stems and leaves.Under combined treatment,the contents of Cd and Pb in different organs of P.cadierei Gagnep.et Guill were more than that under single treatments and the transference amount of Pb in aboveground parts of the plant had a larger increase.The results indicated that P.cadierei Gagnep.et Guill was a potential phytoremediation plant for combined heavy metal polluted soil.
