摘要
目的研究敌敌畏降解菌木霉FM10的生长条件,为该菌的实际应用提供依据。方法改变单一条件来测定菌株生长变化。结果木霉FM10对敌敌畏有高效降解性。葡萄糖促进菌株的生长,敌敌畏浓度不高时对菌株影响不大,最适pH为8.0,最适温度是37℃。结论木霉FM10在自然环境下生长良好,且降解率较高,可用于农药污染的防治。
Objective: to investigate the growth condition of Trichoderma sp. FM10 that degrades dichlorvos and provide reference for its application. Methods: Mensurate the strain's growth by changing single factors. Results: Trichoderrna sp. FM10 highly degrades dichlorvos. Glucose promotes its growth while dichlorvos affects little when the concentration is low, the strain's optimal pH is 8.0, and the optimal temperature is 37℃. Conclusion: Trichoderma sp. FM10 grows well in natural environment, degrades dichlorvos highly, and can he used to solve the pesticides pollution.
