The Application of New Coal Rock Identification Technology in Unmanned Full Mechanized Face of the Thin Coal Seam

摘要 通过分析综采工作面无人化待解决的关键技术——煤岩识别技术,介绍了一种基于声音识别的新型煤岩识别技术,并将其应用于国内某煤矿薄煤层工作面。从井下联调试验取得的结果分析,此项关键技术完全能够实现综采工作面的无人操作,无人监控。 Through analysing the critical technology of how to achieve unmanned operation in full mechanized longwall face,which called the technology of identify coal and rock,we introduced a new technology to identify coal and rock based on noise.It is also applied in longwall face of the thin coal seam by a native mine.From the conclusion of test with other machines underground,this critical technology will absolutely complete unmanned operation and unmanned monitor in full mechanized work face.
