摘要
本文介绍了测量矿井采煤工作面顶板残留煤皮厚度的方法,建立了天然γ射线穿过煤层的物理模型,用蒙特卡罗方法通过计算机模拟衰减过程获得不同的煤厚吸收曲线。并在实验室里做了大量的模拟实验获得了页岩表面γ辐射能谱和顶板岩中的天然γ射线穿过0~40cm厚的精煤和原煤吸收曲线。得出的实验结果与计算机模拟获得的吸收曲线的变化规律是一致的。从理论上和实验中证明了天然γ射线穿过顶板不同煤皮厚度具有一定的衰减规律。为顶板煤皮厚度传感器的设计提供可靠的依据,为采煤机滚筒自动调整采高奠定一定的基础。
The paper describes a method for measuring thickness of top coal in a coal face. A physical model of natural γ rays passing through coal seam is established. The γ ray absorption curves have been obtained in simulation by a computer. A number of simulation tests were made in the laboratory. The spectrum of γ radiation on the surface of shale and absorption curves when natural γrays in the roof passing through both the cleaned and raw coal in thickness, of 0 ̄40 cm were obtained. The test results obtained from the laboratory are conformity with the rules of absorption curves. The attenuation rule of natural γrays passing through top coal of varying thickness is proved in theory and in tests.This provides reliable criterion for design of top coal sensor and has laid a foundation for automatic steering of shearer in coal seam.
