Calibration Study of High-precision Near Infrared Camera

摘要 目的:设计和制造精度高、使用方便和抗环境光照变化能力强的主动近红外光源标定板,并用此标定板对近红外摄像机进行标定。方法:利用已标定的双目视觉系统获取近红外标定板中贴片近红外发光管的几何信息,得到高精度的标定板。通过拍摄一系列近红外标定板图像,并提取图像上发光标定点的亚像素坐标,利用每个亚像素点与空间中实际三维坐标点的一一对应关系,应用线性估计和非线性估计的方法精确求解出近红外摄像机的内外部参数。结果:得到高精度近红外标定板,且解决近红外摄像机标定的问题,使得标定精度达到0.04 mm以上。结论:该模板能有效用于近红外摄像机的标定。 Objective To design and manufacture an active near infrared calibration board,which is easy to use and has high precision and strong ability to restrain interference of environmental light.Methods A calibrated binocular vision system was used to obtain geometry information about near infrared surface mount diodes(NIR-SMD) on the near infrared calibration board.Then a series of images of calibration board were shot,and sub-pixel coordinates of luminous points in images were extracted.With the relationship between sub-pixel point and corresponding 3D point,the methods of linear estimation and nonlinear optimization was utilized to solve the instrinsic and extrinsic parameters of near infrared camera.Results With the calibration accuracy of 0.04mm,a high-precision near infrared calibration board was obtained,and some problems of near infrared camera calibration were solved.Conclusion The calibration board can be used for near infrared camera calibration effectively.
