摘要
目的探讨化痰活血扶正补虚法对舒张性心功能不全(DHF)及心肌肥厚的临床疗效。方法将80例DHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予西药综合治疗,治疗组在西药综合治疗的基础上服用化痰活血扶正补虚的纯中药。观察两组治疗前后心室重塑及心功能变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组的73%(P<0.05);治疗组左室舒张功能E峰、A峰、E/A、E峰减速时间(DT)变化幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰活血扶正补虚药能明显改善DHF及心肌肥厚。
Objective To explore the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine on diastolic cardiac insufficiency and myocardial hypertrophy.Methods The 40 cases of diastolic cardiac insufficiency in the contrast group were treated with western medicine,while the 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to dissipate phlegm,promote blood flow,strengthen body resistance and relieve deficiency in addition to western medicine.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic rates were 95% and 73% respectively in the treatment group and contrast group（P0.05）.The changes in the diastolic functions of left ventricle in terms of the E-peak,A-peak,E/A and the extent of the deceleration time were found higher than those in the contrast group（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can help to treat diastolic cardiac insufficiency and myocardial hypertrophy.
