摘要
乡镇企业是农村经济发展的重要力量。当前乡镇企业社会责任缺失,主要体现在诚信意识差;侵害职工权益;污染环境、资源浪费严重;对慈善、公益事业淡漠等几方面。乡镇企业社会责任缺失的主要原因在于:利益驱动、监管不力、立法滞后、企业人员社会责任意识薄弱、利益相关团体弱势。现今,科学发展观的提出与经济全球化,对乡镇企业承担社会责任产生了要求。结合国内外经验,乡镇企业社会责任实现需要制度化建设。
Township enterprises serve as an important force to boost economic development in rural areas.Nowadays,the lack of social responsibility of township enterprises are mainly reflected in poor credit reputation,violation of workers＇ right,environmental pollution,abuse of resources,indifferent attitude toward charity and public service.The shortage of social responsibility of township enterprises is largely due to the following factors： mere pursuit of profits,powerless regulation,outdated legislature,inadequate social responsibility of corporate administrators,etc.Today,the outlook on scientific development and the economic globalization put forward new requirements for the responsibility of township enterprises.According to the experiences at home and abroad,the social responsibility of township enterprises needs to be institutionalized.
