摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证论治在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎中的临床应用。方法:将患者分为肝胃气滞证、脾胃虚寒证、胃阴不足证、气滞血瘀、脾胃湿热证5型施治。结果:本组56例病例,经治疗4～5个疗程,其中治愈38例,占67.9%;显效8例,占14.3%;有效6例,占10.7%;无效4例,占7.14%,总有效率92.86%。结论:中医辨证论治治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的疗效。
Objective： To study the TCM the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical application. Methods Patients were divided into liver and stomach qi stagnation, spleen and stomach deficiency card, certificate stomach yin deficiency, qi stagnation, spleen card type 5 differentiation. Results： The group of 56 cases, after treatment for 4 to 5 courses, which cured 38 cases, 67.9%; effective in 8 cases, 14.3%; effective in 6 cases, accounting for 10.7%; 4 cases, accounting for 7.14%, and the total efficiency of 92.86%. Conclusion ：TCM, the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a good effect.
