摘要
观察健脾法为主治疗胃粘膜上皮异型增生的疗效 ,选择 32例中重度患者 ,以健脾方治疗 3个月 ,并应用Wistar大鼠化学致癌剂MNNG造模方法进行实验研究。结果 :对胃粘膜上皮异型增生有效率为 71.8% ,胃粘膜病变有效率为 78.1% ,治疗前后比较P均 <0 0 1。实验大鼠中药组胃粘膜上皮异型增生出现率为 50 % ,西药组为 87.5% ,对照组为 10 0 %。提示健脾方能有效防治胃粘膜上皮异型增生。
HT6SS] To observe the therapeutic effects of “Spleen nourishing Formula” in the treatment of atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosal epithelium (AHGME),32 patients with moderate or severe AHGME were treated mainly by this formula for 3 months and Wistar rats modelled by MNNG,a chemical carcinogen,were treated by this formula.Results showed that the effective rate in treating AHGME was 71.8% and it was 78.12% in treating gastric mucosal diseases,with great differences between pre treatment and post treatment ( P <0.01);in the rats,the morbidity of AHGME was 50% in Chinese medicine group,87.5% in western medicine group and 100% in control group.The results indicated that the formula could effectively prevent and treat AHGME.
