发展战略性新兴产业离不开人才和智力的支撑。拥有一支规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良的人才队伍,对于夯实长株潭"两型社会"试验区战略性新兴产业,转变经济发展方式、调整经济结构、促使产业转型意义重大。
The development of new strategic industry is inseparable from the talent and intelligence support.Has a large scale,reasonable structure,good quality of personnel,to consolidating the ChangZhuTan＇s ＂two type society＂ Experimental Zone new industries of strategic importance,the transformation of economic development mode,adjusting the economic structure,promote industrial transformation of great significance.
