摘要
改革开放全面深入以及社会主义市场经济体制日趋成熟,社会转型加速导致教育观念发生深刻变革,传统的政校关系难以适应开放市场,在一定程度上阻碍了高等教育的国际接轨和高校发展。基于委托代理理论视角,剖析政校关系现状与成因,结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,提出建立新型的政府与高校委托代理关系。
The further development of reform and opening-up,the mature of the Socialist Market Economy and the acceleration of social transiation lead to a deep revolution in education concepts.The traditional relationship between government and universities do not adapt to the open market and it blocks the way of higher education to come into contact with the internationl education,and it also impedes the development of colleges and universities in some degree.Based on the Principal-agent Theory,this article analyzes the current situation and causes of government-universities relation.Establishing a new principal-agent relation between government and universities is proposed according to Development Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Science and Technology Development（2010-2020）.
